This is a practical, creative course that builds your understanding of
photography from the ground up. Step into the darkroom and learn how to create
photographs using traditional film-based processes. You’ll develop your own
negatives and turn them into printed images.


Explore how exposure, light and timing affect your results, and learn how to
control the process to achieve different creative outcomes. You’ll also
experiment with developing techniques, gaining confidence as you produce your
own finished prints.
