Access to Higher Education courses, designed for those 19+, provide a pathway to degree-level studies or a new career, ensuring you can achieve your professional aspirations.

What are Access to HE courses?

Access to Higher Education (HE) courses are nationally recognised programmes of study designed to support adults (aged 19+).

These courses are for those who have are changing career, or are aspiring to study at university and don’t have the relevant entry criteria.

Students that have successfully completed Access programmes with us have progressed onto a range of degrees at a variety of local, national and international universities and institutions.

Why should I study an Access to HE course?

Our one-year Access to HE courses provide a fast-track route to university.

Our programmes are designed to meet the needs of adults and prepare you for higher education.

You will learn in an inclusive and nurturing environment with support from our highly qualified and experienced teaching professionals.

During the course, tutors will help build your confidence and develop your academic writing and research skills through university style assignments.

Whether you have been out of education for a period of time or are looking to change career, it is never too late to learn and study an Access to HE course.
