Kathryn Lammas
Member – Local College Board
Kathryn is an experienced people development specialist with a background in adult education, project management and social housing.
After setting up and running a multi-million-pound construction training project in east London she witnessed the power of good quality vocational training to turn around lives, remove self-limiting beliefs and enable young people to reach their full potential.
Kathryn has strong family connections to Dover and now lives in Folkestone. She is committed to using her skills, knowledge and experience in supporting young people in the area to secure employment and establish sustainable careers.
