Richard’s journey in print and graphics began at just 16 years old.

Now, 26 years later, with extensive experience across production, sales, and customer service in three different businesses, Richard’s enthusiasm for growth and new challenges remains as strong as ever.

Each day, he collaborates closely with marketing teams, developers, educators, and designers in a fast-paced role that requires adaptability and dedication. He takes pride in giving his absolute best, day after day.

Outside of work, Richard brings the same drive and curiosity to his personal life. He tackles DIY projects—demolishing walls, handling plumbing, and rebuilding as needed—often with a little encouragement from his wife. He also has a passion for gardening, particularly for propagating cacti, with an ever-growing plant collection. Family time is also a priority.
